return/exchange policy

If you need to return or exchange a ring for any reason, we can certainly do that for you.  Please just return the ring, with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a note of your request, to: Blue Water Treasures, LLC, 16101 Heavens Gate Lane, St Robert, MO 65584.

Be sure to let us know the Order Number, Name, and/or Email Address associated with the order.  If it is a return, just state that it is a return.  If it is an exchange, please specify what you need in return (different size or different color) and we will get the exchange out to you as soon as possible.

KomFortRingZ Safety Replacement Policy

Safety First!!

We are proud to be involved in helping people be able to wear a wedding band in situations where they couldn’t before, due to safety concerns. Because of that, we would like to offer a replacement guarantee on our product. If you ever break or damage your KomFortRingZ in a situation that would have caused you bodily harm by wearing a metal wedding band, we will gladly replace your KomFortRingZ with a brand new one. All we ask in return is that we can share your story and a related photo with others who may be interested in purchasing a ring.

If you feel that you can take advantage of this offer, please email us at Mention “Safety Replacement” in the subject line, and share your story (with related photo) in the body of the email. Be sure to include the size and type of ring you would like as a replacement. We will review the request and send out the new ring upon approval.
